What's included in the All-Inclusive price?

Your All-Inclusive package includes all drinks and meals, on-site entertainment, fitness facilities, non-motorized aquatic sports, daily activities, free Wi-Fi, and all service fees and gratuities. Beach towels are provided by the resort and your mini bar is refreshed daily at no extra cost.

What's not included?

Your package does not include spa and beauty services, off-site tours and excursions, airport transfers, and on-site retail stores unless otherwise specified by the property.

Is transportation included?

Transportation between the airport and hotel is not automatically included in the reservation price. Please contact the hotel directly for more information on how to arrange transportation.

What's the tipping policy?

All tips and gratuities are included in your All-Inclusive package. Additional gratuities are most welcome by our staff should service exceed your expectations.

Are drinks and snacks available all day?

The property will serve food and beverage 24 hours a day. Service times vary by venue.

Do restaurants require reservations?

Restaurant reservations are not required but may be recommended at certain properties. Please refer to the hotel website or call the hotel directly for more information.

Can I make reservations before I travel?

Currently, reservations cannot be made in advance of arrival. Guests can make reservations on-site upon arrival.

Restaurants and bars are included in your All-Inclusive room rate. Additional premium selections may be available in each restaurant for an additional charge.

Which spa treatments are eligible?

All single spa treatments are benefit-eligible. Bundled or multi-treatment packages, such as couples massages or massage and facial deals may not be eligible.

When should I see my discount applied?

Guests can expect to see their discount applied during the payment process for their spa treatment. Should more than one benefit-eligible treatment be consumed in one transaction, the discount will applied to the most valuable treatment.

Can I redeem this benefit at all resorts with a spa?

The benefit applies to resorts that are defined as “All-Inclusive” within the Hilton portfolio of brands. This is currently defined as any resort that offers exclusively full-board rates.

Silver, Gold, and Diamond Hilton Honors members receive a 15% discount on all single spa treatments.
