Who can get Event Credits?

Any Hilton Honors Member is eligible to redeem their Points for Event Credits. Event Credits are available to members globally.

What charges can Event Credits be used for?

Event Credits provide a versatile payment method for our customers. They can be applied to a variety of event-related charges such as meeting room rentals, guest room blocks, in-house audio/visual services and food & beverage services provided directly by the hotel. However, it's important to note that services charged by third parties, including some audio/visual and food & beverage services, might not be eligible for Event Credit payments. Each hotel has the discretion to determine the eligible services.

How do I redeem Points for Event Credits?

Redeeming Points for Event Credits is a straightforward two-step process:

Step 1: You'll start by reaching out to your local Hilton Reservations and Customer Care center. Simply request to redeem your Hilton Honors Points for Event Credits.

Step 2: Once your request is processed, you'll be sent an email with your Event Credit voucher and additional information. Within 24 hours, the corresponding Points will be deducted from your Hilton Honors account.

Can I redeem more than one Event Credit voucher for the same event?

Absolutely! Hilton offers flexibility in its redemption process. If you're organizing a sizable event or just wish to maximize your benefits, you can redeem and apply multiple Event Credit vouchers to a single event.

Can I redeem part of an Event Credit voucher?

Each Event Credit voucher is designed to be redeemed in its entirety. Unfortunately, this means you cannot use just a portion of a voucher. It's essential to plan and redeem vouchers that match closely with your expected event costs.

If the total bill is less than the value of the Event Credit(s), will I get a refund or credit for the remaining amount?

No. Event Credit vouchers are designed to provide value up to their full amount, and any value not used during a transaction is forfeited. We encourage members to plan accordingly to ensure they maximize the value of their vouchers.

Where can Event Credit vouchers be redeemed?

We're proud to offer a global reach with our Hilton Portfolio. This means you can redeem your Event Credit vouchers at any property within the Hilton Portfolio worldwide.
