Every new RFP submitted receives one raffle entry. Confirmed bookings receive five raffle entries, increasing your chance of winning.

Any professional meeting planner/intermediary planner is welcome to participate.

RFPs received prior to June 1, 2024, do not qualify for this Sweepstakes.

Contest Dates: June 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024

A minimum of 50 RFPs will need to be received to activate this contest and do a fair drawing. If 50 RFPs are not received, there will be no contest. Tell your colleagues to enter to increase everyone’s chance at winning.

The Meeting Planner sends the RFP(s) to the hotel.

The Meeting Planner can use any of the systems/channels to submit an RFP (CVENT, Star Cite, Hilton Worldwide Sales, Salesforce, direct phone call, e-mail, etc.).

An RFP (i.e., Lead) is defined as a formal request for an event. The hotel will accept the lead, assuming it meets all requirements.

For Bookings to qualify, the Meeting Planner will need to have a fully signed contract.

The Group Sales Manager will assign a raffle tracking number to the associated RFP/Booking and the raffle tracking numbers will be recorded, stored, and managed within the Resort’s Administrative Office.

The Group Sales Manager will send customer a Contest Entry Confirmation Email inclusive of the raffle ticket numbers associated with the RFP/Booking.

In January 2025, the resort will draw the winner at random from all entries received.

Along with our HWS Leadership, staff members from the hotel will notify the winner.

Canceled bookings will forfeit the prize.
