Also worth a stop is the Sarasota County Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium: This aquarium is home to an amazing collection of marine life, from dolphins, sting rays, a variety of fish and more. Tours run daily. Oscar Scherer State Park is located on Casey Key, just off mainland Nokomis.
