Hilton and Be My Eyes have launched an industry-first, exclusive partnership ensuring guests who are blind or low-vision can experience a more accessible and welcoming stay. Be My Eyes is a free mobile app that connects blind and low-vision users with sighted volunteers.
With Be My Eyes, guests can connect with English-speaking Hilton Reservation and Customer Care (HRCC) agents in the U.S. and Canada to help guide them during their stay. In the Be My Eyes app, guests can navigate to the Service Directory, select 'Hotels' and the Hilton brand they are staying in. HRCC is available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Central Time, and Be My Eyes AI assistance is available 24/7.
