Hilton Partner Accommodations Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) supplement Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement and govern your use of Hilton's booking channels, including our websites, mobile apps and telephone reservation centers (collectively, the “Sites”) to search for, and book accommodations that Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control (the “Partner Accommodations”). The Partner Accommodations are independent entities. The current Partner Accommodations include:

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hilton, and form part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Bookings at Partner Accommodations through the Sites are also subject to Hilton's Site Usage Agreement and the Additional Terms described in Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Capitalized words that are not defined in these Terms have the meanings specified in the Site Usage Agreement.

As used throughout these Terms, “Hilton” may refer to one or more entities of the Hilton group of companies, and one or more of their direct or indirect subsidiaries or affiliates. “Hilton” is used for convenience only and is not intended as a precise designation of any one particular entity.

By searching for or booking a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, or by affirmatively accepting these Terms, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

The Sites will display only those Partner Accommodations that maintain a current commercial relationship with Hilton. Not all Partner Accommodations or their products or services are bookable through Hilton or made available through the Sites. The Partner Accommodations made available for booking by Hilton are subject to change without notice.

When you book a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, your reservation will be directly with the Partner Accommodation and not with Hilton. You further agree that your booking will be subject to any applicable Partner Accommodation policies and terms that they may provide to you. A booking is only valid after it is confirmed by or on behalf of the Partner Accommodation.

The information regarding Partner Accommodations, including availability, safety standards, Amenities, accessible features, house rules, sustainability efforts, pricing, and cancellation policies, is provided by the Partner Accommodations themselves and not by Hilton. Partner Accommodations are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of this information even if the information is provided through the Sites. Prior to booking a Partner Accommodation, please familiarize yourself with the policy for modifying or cancelling your reservation, as cancellation policies vary by Partner Accommodation. Hilton cancellation policy(ies) do not apply to Partner Accommodations. You understand and agree that, from time to time, a booking may be cancelled by the Partner Accommodation, and you agree that Hilton is not responsible for any such cancellations.

Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control the Partner Accommodations. Each Partner Accommodation is managed by its own property manager that is responsible for the Partner Accommodations and the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the content and information they provide.

Please be aware that your experience at Partner Accommodations may differ significantly from that at Hilton properties, as Hilton Brand Standards including the safety standards do not apply. Some Partner Accommodations are not traditional hotels. The level of support provided by Hilton for issues such as call center assistance, changes, and cancellations may be limited due to Partner Accommodations not being fully integrated into Hilton's technology or processes.

Partner Accommodations independently determine their own rates and fees. Rates and discounts negotiated for Properties that operate under a Hilton brand do not apply to Partner Accommodations.

You agree to pay all charges and taxes associated with your Partner Accommodation booking. For bookings that require a security deposit, the Partner Accommodation is responsible for collecting and refunding any security deposit at its sole discretion.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HILTON AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSEES AND REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES TO PERSONS (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED OR ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS; (II) YOUR AND YOUR GUEST(S) STAY AT A PARTNER ACCOMMODATION; (III) YOUR AND YOUR GUEST(S) PARTICIPATION IN ANY RECREATIONAL OR OTHER ACTIVITY OFFERED OR AVAILABLE AT A PARTNER ACCOMMODATION; AND (IV) ANY DISPUTE ARISING BETWEEN YOU AND ANY PARTNER ACCOMMODATION.

The foregoing is in addition to, and does not limit any releases, limitations of liability or indemnity obligations in Hilton's Site Usage Agreement or any Additional Terms described in Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement.
