If you like traveling in search of excellent food and drinks, we don’t blame you. Indulging your tastebuds is a joy at home and even better on vacation when you can try something new or find these bite-sized tastes of paradise right in your hotel. While the brownie originated at Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel in Chicago and the iconic piña colada was created at Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico, Hilton Hotels & Resorts around the world have plenty of other tantalizing treats to sink your teeth into. Here are some of our favorites.

Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort

You may have tried Mexican food at a restaurant near home, but nothing compares to indulging in this flavorful cuisine while visiting the country where it was born. At Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort, authentic culinary experiences are plentiful. At Talavera, the open kitchen gives guests a front-row seat as chefs carefully craft dishes from all seven regions of the country, representing the diversity of Mexican cuisine. Tequila is a key part of the country’s food and beverage scene, so be sure to visit Sotol tequileria, to sample and learn about different types of agave spirits. For a more exclusive experience, reserve a private dinner at La Biblioteca where a lavish five-course meal is complemented by a guided tasting of local wines and agave spirits.

Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa

Croatian cuisine often doesn’t get the spotlight it deserves, but its culinary scene is booming. For an exquisite taste of the best that Croatia has to offer, reserve a table at Nebo Restaurant & Lounge located at Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort & Spa. Michelin-starred since 2021, the only thing that rivals the uniquely Croatian flavors at this eatery are the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. From Nebo’s incredible rooftop perch, you can choose the degustation menu for an 11-course feast or the short degustation menu for nine delightful courses. While the menu changes seasonally to use fresh ingredients from local producers, you can expect elevated Croatian dishes like trout with zucchini and elderberry flower; wild hog with cherries and eggplant; and marshmallow with black sesame for dessert.

The Beverly Hilton

Whether you’re an A-list celebrity or not, a trip to Los Angeles can make anyone feel like a star, especially with a stay at The Beverly Hilton. Having catered major awards shows and hosted some of the biggest names in music, movies and sports, the hotel knows how to entertain. So, indulge your inner foodie with a star-worthy meal at the coveted CIRCA 55 Rooftop Restaurant + Lounge. Beyond the beautiful views of Beverly Hills, you’ll find a celebrity-approved menu with dishes like king salmon with roasted rainbow cauliflower and pomegranate beurre blanc; a rack of lamb with cardamom carrot puree; and beef tartare with Sicilian capers and black truffle.

Oysters at Hilton New Orleans Riverside

Whether you love oysters by the dozen or have never tasted one before, we recommend you try the uniquely prepared version of these shell-locked treasures served at Hilton New Orleans Riverside. The hotel is home to Drago’s Seafood Restaurant, where NOLA’s most iconic charbroiled oysters were first served in 1993. Splattered in a buttery garlic and herbs sauce then sprinkled with a blend of Parmesan and Romano cheese, these oysters are then cooked in their shell on a hot grill. Once they have a slightly crisp topping, the oysters are served with fresh bread and lemon slices for extra zing. Drago’s is also the perfect place to try some of the other quintessential seafood dishes that New Orleans is known for.
